Trip Details ››
2012 Dates: May 31 through June 4
Golf Schedule:
June 1 AM: Heather Glen
June 1 PM: Heather Glen
June 2 AM: Glen Dornoch
June 2 PM: Glen Dornoch
June 3 PM: Shaftsberry Glen
Lodging: River Oaks in Myrtle Beach - located approximately 5 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport
These courses are definitely some of the nicer courses in the area. Prime time rates if you played these courses individually during the time of year we're playing are Glen Dornoch $101; Heather Glen $86; Shaftsberry Glen $86. So our whole package including lodging for $396 is a great deal.
Making Your Payment ››
Cost for Golf & Lodging: $396.00 per person.
Your other main expenses, paid separately, are a flight and your share of a rental car (split between 4 people). Of course, any food, beverage and other enterainment is a separate cost to you as well.
To make your payment for the 2012 trip, go to www.golfdesk.com and click the "Make Payment" button on the left side of the home page.
You'll need to enter a customer number 7178030, and enter a payment amount of $396.00. Also, fill out the rest of the info so we know who paid. Be sure you include that customer number, or your payment may have trouble being applied to our trip. Let Ryan or Zack know that you've paid.
Payments are due by February 17, 2012. Reserving your spot on the trip is based on when you pay. If you're one of the first 8 to pay, you're spot will be confirmed. After that, we need to ensure we have even foursomes. Be sure you view the sign-up rules on the Rules Tab (towards the bottom) for details.
Tips and Tricks ››

1. Make sure at least 2 other attendees have your mobile phone number
2. Bring Sunscreen
3. Bring bath soap and shampoo; we don’t receive daily “housekeeping.” Limited soap and no shampoo will be provided by the condos
4. Laundry washers and dryers are typically available. Bring, or plan to buy detergent if you want to use them
5. It’s Hot and humid, you will sweat. Think about what this may mean for you. Extra shirts, talcum powder, etc. “Dry Fit” shirts are your friend, heavy cotton shirts are not. Ask Luke if you have any questions. Consider extra underwear and socks
6. Depending how you roll you may shower 2 or more times a day
7. Don’t forget your rain gear. We will play in moderate or less rain.
8. Based on your situation you may want to consider “stock piling” cash early to avoid “questionable” ATM withdrawals
9. Air sickness bags are not only useful on planes but also tee boxes, so you may want to grab a few extra from the plane
